Camden County Courthouse, Room 102
520 Market Street
Camden, NJ 08102

Joseph Ripa

As the Clerk of Camden County, I am proud to be able to offer e-Recording for the recording of documents regarding real property transactions in Camden County. By using this system, submitters can begin taking advantage of the many benefits that e-Recording brings to you, such as accurate tracking of your documents, decreased rejection of documents and instant access to your escrow account balance.

This system is a web based portal with no fees for registration; all you need is a computer and an internet connection to access this highly innovative system.

Submitters currently have two levels e-Recording:

Level I - allows the submitter to create an electronic cover page (Document Summary Sheet) which is then attached to the original document and submitted for recording. After the document is received by the County Clerk’s office, recording and indexing occurs almost immediately and the recording information is automatically available here on this site. The documents are then scanned and verified and returned to the sender.

Level II – the submitter includes a scanned image of the document, supplied by the sender, along with the Document Summary Sheet. Recording and indexing take place as usual and the recorded image is returned to sender with all recording information electronically stamped on it. All information can be tracked on this web-site.

Our goal is to keep Camden County up to date and state of the art in the recordation of real property documents.

Thank You

 Camden County Clerk
